YEARS 5 & 6 - EVACUATION - JANUARY 2009

Year 5 and Year 6 were evacuated to Lewes as part of their work on WWII. They dressed up in clothing styles from that period, carried gas mask boxes and ate food similar to that eaten in the 1940s. They experienced how evacuee children were sorted and allocated new homes.
